How to make Jimikand's Vegetable-


In Uttar Pradesh and Bihar, Jimikand vegetable is definitely made on the day of Diwali. After eating it, sore throat begins to occur. That's why its vegetable makes only a few people.

Ingredients-


Jimikand-250 Gram
Curd - 1/2 Cup
Coriander Powder - Two Teaspoon
Chilli Powder- One Teaspoon
Garam Masala- One Teaspoon
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 Teaspoon
Tomatoes - Cut into 2 thick Pieces
Ginger Piece - 1 Inch
Green Chillies - 3 Cut Off Pieces
Coriander Leaves- Chop two Tablespoons finely
Salt-Insert according to Taste
Oil- 4-5 Teaspoon

Method of Creating-


First of all, peel Jimikand and cut it into small Pieces. After this, add the Tomato, Ginger and Green Chili in the Mixer Grinder jar and grind it finely. Now you put 2 cups of water in the Pressure Cooker, slightly Salt and Pieces of Jimikand and put 2-3 whistles on the Medium Flame. When the Pressure of the Cooker is over, take out the pieces of Jimikand. Then Dry it lightly or Wrap it in a Cloth.

Now you Heat the Oil in a Pan. When the Oil is Hot, add the Pieces of Jimikand into it and Fry until Golden. Take out Pieces of Jimikand on the Plate out of the Pan.

After this Put the Cumin Seeds in the Pan and Fry the Cumin. After frying cumin, add the Tomato, Ginger and Green Chili Paste and fry them well.

When the Paste starts leaving the Oil, add Coriander and Turmeric Powder and mix it. When the Spices of Roasting of spices begin to come, add Curd, Garam Masala and Salt to it. After this add one cup of water and cook it for 10 minutes on Low Flame. After boiling, add one cup of water and water. Wait for the boil again. Now add Jimikand Piece into this gravy and cover the Pan.

After cooking on low flame for 8-10 minutes, put coriander leaves and close the flame. Now you eat Jimikand's Vegetable with Bread or Rice.
